Facilities & Features: Seating: Comfortable boardroom-style seating for up to 10 people. AV Equipment: TV screen with plug-in functionality HDMI cords available for easy connection to devices. Wi-Fi: Free high-speed Wi-Fi for all attendees. Kitchenette: Tea and coffee facilities provided (please bring your own milk). Restrooms: Access to onsite toilets for your convenience. Booking Rates: Hourly Rate: $100 for two hours (2hrs minimum charge) Half-Day Rate (up to 4 hours): $150 Full-Day Rate (up to 8 hours): $300 Additional Information: Located - 134 Norman Ave, Waingawa, Carterton Ideal for businesses, community groups, or small teams needing a quiet and professional space.

Cancellations made 3-6 days before the booking date: 50% refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date: No refund will be issued.
